About NanaWall Nightmares

Welcome to NanaWall Nightmares, where I share the frustrating reality of dealing with NanaWall sliding glass doors. What was supposed to be a seamless upgrade to our home turned into an $80,000 luxury headache, riddled with issues that no premium product should have. From the moment we placed our order, the process was plagued with problems, starting with mismeasurements that forced unauthorized structural changes to our home.

When the custom sliding glass doors finally arrived, we were shocked to find deep scratches and foggy streaks running through the panels—defects that were impossible to ignore. Multiple replacement panels were sent, but each came with its own set of problems, including the same foggy streaks and even worse scratches. Instead of resolving the issues, the replacements only deepened our disappointment.

But the frustration didn’t end there. Customer service, led by representatives like Zac Lerma and Solomon Stutzky, was dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than addressing the defects or taking responsibility, they shifted blame and eventually left us to deal with the mess on our own. The new glass supplier, Architectural Glazing Systems, produced panels in even worse condition, compounding the nightmare.

NanaWall Nightmares is a cautionary tale for anyone considering their products. My goal is to expose the hidden flaws behind their glossy marketing and warn others of the challenges that come with choosing NanaWall. If you’re planning to invest in custom sliding glass doors, read on—you may want to think twice.
